By using stickerverseusa.com or placing an order with Stickerverse USA, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must own the artwork you upload or have permission to use it, including any logos, characters, photos or trademarks. You are responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.

You give us permission to use your artwork only as needed to create your proof and produce your order.

We may decline any order we believe infringes someone's rights or contains hateful, illegal or offensive content. If we decline an order, we'll refund you in full.

Every order includes a free online proof, which you approve before checkout. Please check it carefully. We print exactly what your approved proof shows, including spelling, colors, size and cut line, and we can't be responsible for errors in a proof you approved.

Low-resolution and AI-generated images may print with reduced quality. We'll do our best to clean them up, but we can't guarantee the result.

Screens display color differently than printed vinyl, and specialty materials like holographic, chrome and glitter vary with light and viewing angle. Slight differences in color and size are normal and are not considered defects.

Slate is natural stone, so every coaster has its own texture, shade and edge. Laser engraving and UV printing on drinkware and slate can vary slightly in tone and placement from the on-screen proof.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify.

Welcome offer: new customers who create an account get 20% off their first order, applied automatically at checkout while signed in. One per customer. It doesn't apply to Monthly Deals or the dynamic QR yearly fee, can't be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Most orders ship within 24–48 hours after they're placed. Carrier delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier, but we'll always help if a package goes missing.

A dynamic QR code points to a short link we host (stickerverseusa.com/q/…), so you can change where it goes, or switch it to a landing page, at any time from your account. The QR code printed on your stickers never changes.

The service costs $15 per code per year. The first year is added at checkout and starts when your order is paid. Renewal is manual: we never charge you automatically. To keep a code working, click Renew in your account before it expires; renewing adds one year from the later of today or the current expiration date.

If a code isn't renewed, it keeps working for a 30-day grace period after it expires. After that, anyone who scans it sees a notice page instead of your link until you renew.

The $15 dynamic QR code fee is non-refundable once checkout is complete, including the first year and any renewal.

You're responsible for every link and landing page your codes point to, and for having the right to use any name, photo, logo or content you add. You may not use a code to send people to scams, phishing, malware, illegal content, sexually explicit content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights or impersonates another person or business.

We may suspend or permanently disable any code that breaks these rules, that we're told about by a scanner or rights holder, or that we believe puts the people scanning it at risk, without notice and without a refund.

We work to keep codes running around the clock, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not responsible for content on sites your code links to. If we ever discontinue the dynamic QR service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to point your code at a final destination where possible.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to surfaces our products are applied to.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to new orders.
