Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you
